I just opened a container of CARAMEL FLEUR DE SEL. The contents are dry and taken into bread. A knife does not pass through. Is there a way to "bring back" the texture?

If it is a container for chocolate fondue, the closed and sealed container should be boiled. Once reheated, open the container and the chocolate will melt.
